Question 2

Who Created ProximaX?

Accepted Answer

ProximaX was created by an experienced team of tech enthusiasts, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that leverage Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). This team recognized the potential to enhance decentralized applications (DApps) by providing integrated, cost-efficient cloud services, and developed ProximaX to fulfill this vision. The project’s website could provide more detailed information about the team.

Question 3

What exactly is ProximaX (XPX)?

Accepted Answer

ProximaX is essentially an extension of the Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), designed to facilitate the development of decentralized applications (DApps). It does this by offering an all-inclusive platform with a range of services like increased security measures, content delivery, storage, and media streaming. This platform aids businesses, enterprises, and innovators in avoiding the failure-prone infrastructure centralized systems often present.

Question 4

How does ProximaX work?

Accepted Answer

One of the integral aspects of ProximaX is its protocol. This protocol is aimed at providing DApp developers with cost-efficient and fault-tolerant P2P cloud services. To elaborate, a \"fault-tolerant\" system is designed to ensure functionality remains intact even when a part of it is unavailable or \"down\". ProximaX utilizes an advanced P2P cloud storage architecture with fault tolerance and a distributed database. This architecture eliminates the need for a central entity by connecting all servers (or nodes) in a mesh configuration. Therefore, the failure of any single component in this mesh configuration will minimally impact the system's overall performance. Additionally, ProximaX ensures the confidentiality and integrity of data traversing through multitudes of nodes. Furthermore, ProximaX employs a distributed file management system (DFMS) that interfaces with the NEM blockchain. This system operates in four distinctive scenarios that deal with both public and private DFMS and chains. Moreover, for convenience and ease of use, ProximaX provides developers with an SDK that translates the ProximaX protocol layer into a dynamic second layer resting atop the NEM blockchain layer.

Question 5

What Makes ProximaX Unique?

Accepted Answer

ProximaX's unique selling point lies in its innovative integration of blockchain technology to offer a versatile, all-in-one platform for the development of decentralized applications (DApps). Besides offering blockchain-powered P2P storage and bandwidth, ProximaX allows developers to build and monetize their apps in a decentralized environment free from central authority. Additionally, the platform ensures data confidentiality, using distributed databases (DHT) for data consistency and integrity across the network.

Question 6

How much ProximaX (XPX) is in Circulation?

Accepted Answer

The current circulating supply of ProximaX (XPX) is 6.5B. The total supply is 9.0B.

Question 7

How secure is ProximaX (XPX)?

Accepted Answer

Security is an integral part of ProximaX's design. The system ensures the confidentiality and integrity of all data it processes, making use of the NEM blockchain for transactions of value, hash transactions, and the NEM cryptographic framework to interact with the ProximaX DFMS.

Question 8

Where Can You Buy ProximaX (XPX)?

Accepted Answer

ProximaX (XPX) can be purchased on the following exchanges: Probit. Remember, it's vital to conduct due diligence when choosing an exchange for buying or selling cryptocurrencies.

Question 9

How to keep your ProximaX safe?

Accepted Answer

Keeping your ProximaX (XPX) safe involves taking a number of measures such as storing them in a secure wallet and keeping your private keys confidential. It's also important to be vigilant about scams and hacking attempts. Always ensure the platforms you interact with have robust security mechanisms in place.
