Question 1

What is the current price of 0xBitcoin (0xBTC)?

Accepted Answer

As of the latest data, the price of 0xBitcoin (0xBTC) is currently € 0.03083725. Keep in mind that cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly.

Question 2

What exactly is 0xBitcoin (0xBTC)?

Accepted Answer

0xBitcoin (0xBTC) is a unique cryptocurrency combining elements of Bitcoin and Ethereum. As the first pure mined token on the Ethereum blockchain, it utilizes the soliditySHA3 hashing algorithm. This means the token follows the principles set out in Satoshi Nakamoto's original whitepaper, creating a fundamentally sound, trustless currency. The inclusion of the '0x' in the name is a nod to the Ethereum Network and its ecosystem, giving us 0xBitcoin or 0xBTC.

Question 3

Who created 0xBitcoin?

Accepted Answer

The creators of 0xBitcoin have remained somewhat anonymous, similar to the founder of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto. The team behind 0xBitcoin wished to take the principles of Bitcoin and apply them to the Ethereum network, allowing for a decentralized and fairly distributed currency.

Question 4

How does 0xBitcoin work?

Accepted Answer

0xBitcoin works much like Bitcoin but on the Ethereum network. It leverages the speed and extensibility of the Ethereum network while maintaining the fair distribution and scarcity model of Bitcoin. It uses the soliditySHA3 hashing algorithm, which miners solve to generate new tokens, just like how new Bitcoin is released through mining. In this way, 0xBitcoin upholds the principles of decentralization and fair distribution.

Question 5

What Makes 0xBitcoin unique?

Accepted Answer

The most distinctive characteristic of 0xBitcoin is that it was the first pure mined ERC20 token on the Ethereum network. This means that unlike many other tokens on the Ethereum blockchain, 0xBitcoin is not pre-mined or issued at the discretion of a central party, but is instead distributed solely through mining. Moreover, it is essentially a Bitcoin-like cryptocurrency operating on the Ethereum blockchain, taking advantage of the benefits of both ecosystems.

Question 6

What is 0xBitcoin mining?

Accepted Answer

Like Bitcoin, 0xBitcoin mining involves solving complex mathematical problems to release new tokens and verify transactions on the network. However, it uses the soliditySHA3 hashing algorithm, which is slightly different from the SHA-256 hashing algorithm used in Bitcoin. These algorithms secure the blockchain and ensure that all transactions are verified and legitimate.

Question 7

How many 0xBitcoins are currently in circulation?

Accepted Answer

As of the most recent data available, the circulating supply of 0xBitcoin (0xBTC) is 10.8M.

Question 8

What is the total supply of 0xBitcoin?

Accepted Answer

The total supply of 0xBitcoin (0xBTC) is currently 21.0M. This number is akin to the maximum supply for other cryptocurrencies, indicating the maximum number of 0xBTC coins that will ever exist.

Question 9

Where can you buy 0xBitcoin (0xBTC)?

Accepted Answer

0xBitcoin (0xBTC) can be purchased on several cryptocurrency exchanges. Make sure to check the list of IDEX, which specifies where 0xBTC is currently available for purchase. Always remember to do your own research when buying cryptocurrencies.
